Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
General Return Conditions
Within 30 days from the date you sign for the goods, if the goods remain in their original condition (unused, undamaged, complete accessories, original packaging and labels intact), you have the right to apply for a return and refund. Please note that the unconditional return policy does not apply to customized goods, special-priced goods (except those marked as refundable) and goods that affect secondary sales after opening. However, if there are quality problems with the goods, you can still apply for a return.
Merchant Responsible Returns
If the goods are misdelivered, missed or have quality problems due to our reasons, you can apply for a return or exchange at any time, regardless of when you find them, without being restricted by the 30-day period.
2. Return Process
Submit an application
Please send an email to service@dacnorny.com to submit a return application within the period that meets the return conditions. The email must include: order number, purchase information, reason for return and valid contact information.
Information Confirmation
We will contact you within 1 working day after receiving the application to confirm the return. If you are required to provide photos or videos of the product problem as proof, please cooperate in submitting them.
Returning goods
After confirming that your application meets the return conditions, we will provide a return address. Normally, the return shipping fee is borne by you; however, if the product problem is caused by our responsibility, the return shipping fee will be borne by us.
3. Product damage and problem handling
If the product is damaged during transportation, please keep the outer packaging and the original appearance of the product, and contact us within 72 hours after signing for it, and provide photo or video evidence. We will give priority to handling and bear the return shipping fee.
For products returned due to quality problems, we will arrange a refund or exchange as soon as possible after confirming the problem.
4. Refund time limit
Product inspection
After receiving your returned goods, we will inspect them. If the product meets the return conditions, the review will be completed within 1-2 working days.
Refund Processing
After approval, the refund will be returned according to the original payment method:
Credit card/debit card payment: the refund will be returned to the original payment account within 3-10 working days;
Third-party payment platform (such as PayPal): the refund will be returned to your third-party payment account within 3-7 working days;
Other payment methods: the refund arrival time is subject to the actual arrival.
5. Notes
Please use a reliable logistics method to return the returned goods and keep the logistics order number for easy inquiry.
