Shipping methods

Shipping time
Standard shipping: After you successfully place an order and complete the payment, we will arrange shipment within 1-4 working days (except for special circumstances, such as out of stock of goods, etc. If such a situation occurs, we will notify you in time through service@dacnorny.com). The shipping time usually takes 7-20 working days. Please refer to the logistics tracking information for the specific time. Orders are usually delivered on working days (excluding Sundays, banks and other public holidays).
Expedited shipping: Shipment within 1-4 working days after the order is completed and paid, and the estimated shipping time is 3-7 working days, which is subject to the actual logistics information.
Shipping
Our shipping costs are based on the weight of the product, the delivery address, the shipping method, and the amount of your purchase. To give you a clearer reference, here are the approximate shipping costs:
Standard Shipping
For orders under $50, the shipping cost is usually $8-15;
For orders between $50-80, the shipping cost is usually $12-20;
For orders over $150, shipping is free
Expedited Shipping: Fixed shipping cost is $35

Customs Clearance
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance fees, etc. incurred by importing goods. Customs policies and fees vary from country to country. Before placing an order, please understand the relevant regulations of the destination country or region to estimate the possible additional costs. If the package is rejected or returned due to customs fees, we will not be able to refund the shipping fee. Special circumstances (force majeure)
In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, war, strikes, etc.), we have the right to delay shipment until transportation conditions return to normal. If it is impossible to ship due to force majeure, we may cancel the order at our discretion and refund the amount to your payment account, such as credit card, debit card or bank account within a reasonable time.
